Registered at the Companies House , Cardiff, 27th March, 2013, Manorial Counsel Limited was originally led by a "Sir" Kevin Charles Norris - it's sole shareholder. (For those of you playing along at home, you may now mark off the "questionable knighthood" square from your a gameboard.)
The company has remained active throughout its life and appears to have been managed by the same core ownership group since formation. From the publicly available filing history alone, there is no evidence of major external investment, significant share restructurings, acquisitions, or changes in control.
There really isn't "a company" in a formal sense. Based on filing information, the primary office is a residence. In reality, it's only ever been made up of a handful of shareholders. HERE is their current filing.
"Sir" Kevin Charles Norris
Emma Jayne Norris
"Col" David Cathmoir Nicoll
Laura Elizabeth Taylor
Having reviewed the company's filings, it seems that it have always maintained a negative net worth - with liabilities outweighing assets (balance-sheet insolvency).
That said, there is evidence of improvement in the last few years. In 2025, assets nearly reached
£90K - which is 10x the level it was only two years earlier in 2023. Similarly, amounts due to creditors within one year fell to £175K, from a consistent £225-250K. Could it be that Madame Norris was the savvier business mind all along?
